He is recognized for his expertise in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to build revenue, particularly in competitive markets. Eddy has a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and has a history of leading and managing hotel operations effectively.

His journey spans administrative roles to top executive positions across Nigeria, Greece, and consulting firms.
Started as an Administrative Assistant at Nicon Noga Hilton Hotel in Abuja (1991-1992), supporting the General Manager. Served as Senior Hotel Manager at Greek Hotels (Xenia) in Athens, Greece (1993-1995). Led as General Manager at Summit Villas Suites and Apartments in Abuja (2009-2011), transforming it into a high-revenue operation with 172 rooms, restaurants, and amenities. Directed pre-opening and operations as General Manager at Chamcce Hotel & Suites in Lagos (2012-2014), implementing yield management, internal controls, and staff training. Managed daily operations as General Operations Manager at Swiss Spirit Hotel & Suites in Asaba (2015-2016). Consulting Leadership From 2017 onward, he shifted to high-level consulting while holding operational roles. Principal Consultant/CEO at Broad Hospitality Solutions Ltd (2017-2023), leading client projects, process improvements, and team mentoring in Abuja. Senior Principal Consultant/COO for Africa at the same firm (2019-2023). Managing Partner/General Manager (Operations) at Sandralia Hotel in Abuja (2021-2023), focusing on strategy, budgets, and staff motivation. Principal Consultant/CEO at Jayden Blu Consulting in Abuja (2022-present), offering specialized hospitality advice. Current Hotel Consultant at Bolingo Xperia Hotel & Towers in Abuja (2024-present), optimizing operations, revenue, and guest experiences.
